GoLoco Media Group with the work of its subsidiary Coupon Mint, launched the site as a means to satisfy significantly increasing demand from mobile visitors to its website.
CEO, William Keever, stated that the old Coupon Mint site was a legacy hold over from the GoLoco Media acquisition of Coupon Mint in April of 2011.
After a short period analytics research, page view analysis, and use of the old site, it was quickly determined site visitors were coming to the site via mobile but were spending less time on the pages, visiting fewer pages, and bouncing off without visiting other pages on the old site.
