Corporate transactions and securities lawyer Jeffrey McPhaul has been promoted to partner in the Dallas-based technology law firm of Munck Carter.

Mr. McPhaul has a diverse practice representing both public and private companies in securities and business transactions, including public offerings and private placements of securities and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with federal and state securities compliance, venture capital investments, divestitures, entity formation, Sarbanes-Oxley matters and other corporate governance issues.
