Raleigh-based Security Management Consulting has promoted Bill Paynter from VP to SVP of Consulting.

Prior to becoming Senior Vice President, Mr. Paynter was the Vice President of Consulting of Security Management Consulting. He has nearly 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, security management and security consulting. He is a 1981 graduate of the West Virginia State Police Academy Basic Training Program.
