Coreland Companies' Matt Hammond Named Partner, Senior Vice President
Hammond becomes first shareholder elevated from within company since its inception.

"He established his place as an integral part of the firm long ago, and as Senior Vice President he'll continue to expand and strengthen Coreland's position in the marketplace."
Hammond, who first began with the company as an intern in 1996, has led the retail brokerage department for the past 10 years, guiding its growth and expansion as one of the region's most productive retail leasing teams. Coreland's brokerage team serves as owner's representative for more than 60 properties and actively represents more than 20 tenants expanding across Southern California.
Throughout his nearly 20-year career, Hammond has completed over 1,000 lease transactions totaling millions of square feet. He is recognized as one the region's top retail brokers and has been honored as a CoStar Power Broker nine of the last 10 years.
