Coreland Companies' Cheryl Todd Honored Among Orange County's Top Women in Business
Coreland Companies' Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd was honored among the top professional women in Orange County who have made a significant impact.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) June 05, 2013 - Coreland Companies' Vice President of Real Estate Management Cheryl Todd, CCIM, CPM was honored as a nominee for the 2013 Orange County Business Journal Women in Business Awards on June 4 at a luncheon held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. The annual award recognizes the top professional women in Orange County who have made impactful contributions to their professions, industries and communities.
"Cheryl has been an invaluable addition to our Coreland leadership team," said Coreland President Chris Hite. "We are proud of her accomplishments and believe that she is a great representative of successful women in commercial real estate."
Possessing more than 20 years of real estate management experience, Todd has successfully managed more than $1.3 billion in office, industrial and retail properties throughout her career. Most significantly, she has guided and mentored dozens of property management teams throughout Southern California to continuously outperform client expectations and deliver stability within the commercial real estate market.
Todd joined Coreland Companies in 2006 as the company's first Vice President of Real Estate Management and assumed leadership over more than 70 properties spanning five offices across Southern California. Under her direction, Cheryl's teams have stabilized and expanded the company's seven-million-square-foot portfolio of properties by approximately 20 percent.
