Coreland Companies' Ben Terry Named Vice President; Tim Muller Promoted to Senior Associate
Ben Terry's and Tim Muller's collective efforts have been integral in growing Coreland's retail leasing portfolio across Southern California.

Ben Terry has been named Vice President and Tim Muller promoted to Senior Associate.

Terry first joined Coreland in 2009 after serving as Leasing Director at Red Mountain Group. Since then he has been integral in growing the portfolio, and for the past three years has been recognized with CoStar Group's "Power Broker" Award as one of Orange County's Top Retail Leasing Brokers. Terry has completed transactions with national, regional and local tenants in excess of $150 million in lease consideration.
In addition, Terry is an active leader within the industry. He is the current President of the Southern California chapter of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives (ACRE), one of the region's top commercial real estate organizations.

Muller, who has been with Coreland Companies since 2006, has primarily represented office and retail property owners. Over the last year he has focused his efforts on enhancing his retail portfolio, doubling his deal volume and property listings.
