Chong possesses extensive customer service experience and a strong understanding of cultural business practices, fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.

Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Chong spent two years as an Associate at BRAL Realty Advisors. During this time he worked on a portfolio of Southern California medical-office properties, secured tenant representation assignments and completed lease transactions with a variety of regional restaurants and retailers.
Chong's customer service experience was established with The Walt Disney Company where he worked as a supervisor and assistant manager in Guest Relations.
Chong was educated at Mt. San Antonio College and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
