Coreland Companies Adds Kindy Hohman to Property Management Team
Hohman brings more than 15 years of experience managing high-quality commercial real estate across Southern California.

Hohman, who possesses more than 15 years of experience managing retail commercial real estate, will oversee an 700,000-square-foot portfolio positioned throughout Orange County.

Hohman will lead a dedicated management team in the management and operations of a 700,000-square-foot portfolio. Among her responsibilities, she will focus her efforts on client and tenant relations; budgeting and reporting; lease negotiations and administration; marketing and the overall management of vendors.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Hohman spent 11 years with Vestar Property Management where she was responsible for more than two million square feet of retail properties located throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties. During this period she successfully oversaw the completion of various renovation projects, including a $9.5 million enhancement of a 475,000-square-foot power center. Prior to Vestar, she held positions at PGP Partners and Arden Realty, working on a varied portfolio of industrial and office properties.
Hohman holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate.
