Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) April 12, 2007 - Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced today it has added Fred Godinez and Brian Wegener as Leasing/Sales Associates to the company’s Leasing/Sales Department. Godinez and Wegener will work with Coreland’s existing leasing teams and service the Department’s growing office and retail portfolios as well as identify new third-party office leasing and sales assignments in Southern California.

Godinez returns to the Coreland Team after a brief relocation out of the State in 2006. Prior to that, Godinez was an Associate on the Leasing/Sales Team dating back to 2004. He will rejoin Coreland’s retail team headed by Matt Hammond and Bryan Bauer and will assist in the marketing and leasing of the company’s 30+ property retail portfolio.

Prior to joining Coreland, Wegener worked at Hopkins Real Estate Group where he assisted the Development Manager on all aspects of the company’s regional retail developments. Previously, Wegener worked at Mesa Verde Country Club while pursuing a professional golf career.

Wegener will join the office leasing team and will assist in the marketing and leasing of the company’s 2+ million-square-foot portfolio.

Godinez and Wegener will report to Steven Hogberg, Senior Vice President Leasing/Sales, and be based in the company’s Tustin office. “We are extremely excited to add these great professionals to our expanding Team, and welcome back Fred,” Hogberg said.
