Coreland Companies Adds Erica Freeman to Property Management Team
Freeman and her team will manage Coreland's fast-growing portfolio of commercial properties positioned throughout the Inland Empire.

Freeman will manage an 800,000-square-foot portfolio of commercial developments positioned throughout the Inland Empire, and oversee a management team and support personnel

Freeman's primary responsibilities will include client, vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management; financial analysis and reporting; operating budgets, and capital expenditure forecasting and procurement. Her primary objective is to ensure that our client's goals are being met efficiently on each property.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Freeman spent seven years as property manager for Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) where she oversaw a one-million-square-foot portfolio of commercial assets, including retail, mid-rise office and light industrial. She then served as an independent real estate consultant performing a variety of real estate functions on a contractual basis following her time at C&W. Clients included Rexford Industrial, Kilroy Airport Center and several private investors.
Ms. Freeman is in the process of completing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) coursework through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license.
