Cooling Experts at Winters Company Hold "Top Cool Spots for Summer" Contest

(1888PressRelease) July 23, 2010 - BOSTON AND CAMBRIDGE, MA - The public is encouraged to submit ideas for the "coolest spots" in and around the Boston area. There is only one requirement - all places suggested must have great air-conditioning.

All suggestions may be made online at www.wintershomeservices.com using the entry form. Along with your "Top Cool Spot for Summer" suggestion, include your email, name and address. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2010. The first 100 suggestions submitted will receive a gift card for a free small ice cream cone or cup from J.P. Licks (www.jplicks.com).

To kick off the contest, here are a few places to go to cool off and have some fun:

Museum of Science, which is vast enough to keep kids entertained all day
Boston or Cambridge Public Libraries for literary and music events
The Regattabar at the Charles Hotel, which offers hot jazz in a cool atmosphere
The Liberty Hotel, formerly the iconic Charles Street Jail, offers four cool venues
