Cookshack's Newest Product, the PG500 is set to hit the Market on January 1st, 2012. This unique product is a pellet grill that offers a variety of ways to smoke-cook and grill at the same time for an affordable price.

The newest product the PG500 was developed in conjunction with Fast Eddy (Eddy Maurin) who spent numerous years traveling the Barbecue Competition Circuit and winning 1st place in many categories. The combination of his hands on experience and the quality and craftsmanship Cookshack is known for has once again produced an exceptional product for consumers.
The PG500 is a completely new design made of 14 gauge stainless steel. This pellet grill features a warming drawer which can also be used for cold smoking, two front doors with large handles, side shelf, optional front shelf to assist you while taking hot food off the grill, and is mounted on a base with two rolling casters and two stable legs. The exterior dimensions of the PG500 are: 56" Wide, 54" High, 25" Deep (With doors open 41 ½" Deep). The cooking area consists of 1 qty. 10"X 18" direct cooking space, 1 qty. 18"X 18" indirect cooking space; 1qty. 10"X 28" top rack giving a total of 820 square inches of cooking space. With an easy side loading 22 lb. capacity pellet hopper.
One of the benefits of using the PG500 over a traditional style electric smoker is the ability to grill items such as steak, chicken, or vegetables on the direct heat side and still be smoke-cooking brisket, ribs, pork butts, sausages or other items on the indirect side. Both sides still deliver that wonderful real wood smoke flavor to the items being cooked.
