Constitutional Officers' Association of Georgia to Hear from the State's Political Candidates

- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) October 02, 2013 - This year's Constitutional Officers Association of Georgia (COAG) Fall Conference is going to be a little more crowded. A number of statewide candidates that are up for election this this next year will be sharing their vision for Georgia to this distinguished group. On Wednesday, Oct. 9, in Savannah, Judge Eddie Hulsey, who is the current president of COAG, will welcome candidates for statewide office to outline their vision for the future of the State.
Confirmed speakers to date include Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp, Georgia House Speaker David Ralston, State Senator David Shafer, Mike Collins, Michelle Nunn, Steen Miles and Todd Robinson.
Consisting of elected community leaders that include probate judges, superior court clerks, tax commissioners and sheriffs from Georgia's 159 counties, COAG is a non-profit state association that empowers its members to better serve Georgia citizens at the county level. These elected constitutional officers are responsible for enforcing policy voted on by the Senate and the House of Representatives of Georgia.
