This recognition comes three months after the establishment of Consilium Software (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and the appointment of Khun Grisdagorn Siriaporn as country manager based in Bangkok.
Cisco's Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program for Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) is an invitation-only program for partners with experience in the high-end, enterprise contact-center market. By becoming an ATP-UCCE Satellite partner in the Thailand country group, Consilium's sales and support organizations are best prepared to properly sell, design, install, and support the Cisco specific technology and products.
