Dhananjay Prasad is a seasoned management executive who will help direct Consilium Software future growth with over 25 years of industrial experience in field of IT Management, with business acumen proven in - Strategy, Planning, and Delivering efficient IT services.

Prior to joining Consilium he was CEO of Nexbits Technologies, a US and India based company providing premium engineering services in Mobility Devices with Google Android, Apple iPhone, Media Servers, Management Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions as well. He was the Global CTO / CIO of Keane Inc., and held key leadership positions at IBM-Daksh, GTL and HCL group. At both Keane and Daksh, Dhananjay was an early hire pivotal in architecting and managing cutting-edge BPO technology setups which enabled business success that led to subsequent acquisition by NTT Data and IBM, respectively. Dhananjay has been the Member of the Advisory Board of the CIO Association that covers CIO's from all various IT/ITeS and Non IT segments. Dhananjay also has vast exposure in Solution designing, managing client relationships across geographies, Management Consulting, Social media strategies, M&A, etc.
As the Vice-President for Technical Services & Strategic Alliances, Dhananjay will be responsible for growing and directing Consilium Unified Communications and Collaboration software professional services and support practice.
