Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces Spring 2011 Real Estate Investment Coaching Program
On Wednesday March 9, 2011 the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) will be starting its Spring 2011 session of the real estate investment coaching program. This program is for anyone interested in buying and managing apartment buildings, multi-family homes, and any other type of investment property.

The first meeting of this 6-month program will take place on Wednesday March 9, 2011 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the Comfort Inn, 900 East Main Street, Meriden, CT. Students of this program will learn all about the various aspects of buying houses, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings in Connecticut. The coaches for this program are seasoned investors who have closed over 200 deals to date and have over 64 years combined experience investing in real estate. Students will receive the most effective information for: managing a business, achieving short and long term business and personal goals, marketing, negotiating, owner financing, lease options, partners, real estate investing, property renovation and maintenance, tenant management, contracts, settlement statements, success strategies, motivation, communication skills, and more.
