- Hartford, CT (1888PressRelease) May 10, 2011 - The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Dave Lindahl, is announcing the May 2011 CT REIA monthly meeting for real estate investors. This event will take place on Monday May 23, 2011, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT. This event is free for CT REIA members and $30 for not-yet-members.
Dave Lindahl is one of America's most successful hands-on real estate investors. He has written 3 best selling books. Dave calls himself "a burned-out landscaper" who 14 years ago made the decision to become financially independent. When Dave started, he had a total of $800 in the bank. After years of pushing around dirt and railroad ties in his landscaping business, he was exhausted. Over time, he developed and tested to perfection his self-created real estate system. One of his key areas of focus over 14 years of doing deals was finding money to invest. Other investors have lost money in the past two years while Dave has made substantial returns with his real estate deals. Today he controls over a quarter of a Billion dollars in real estate across the country.
Attendees of this meeting will learn: how to create monthly positive cash-flow; how to utilize the skills that will help them become successful real estate investors within five years; how to recognize market cycles and utilize them to increase returns; how to find good quality management companies to manage; how to find motivated sellers of apartment buildings and get them to call you; why there is far less risk owning apartments; and many other money making systems and strategies that Dave has successfully developed.
