(1888PressRelease) September 27, 2011 - Conecture Technologies will be showcasing its industry leading product approvals workflow application, Mediabox-PA and a recent upgrade to the its digital asset management system, Mediabox-DAM at Brand Licensing Europe, which is held from October 18-20 in London. Executives will also be demoing a new module to the approvals application, Mediabox-DM which tracks deal memo terms.

With Mediabox-PA (Online Product Approvals), the entire approval process, from completion of the online approval form, to concept designs through final production sample submissions, online previewing and integrated commenting, automated email notices, role-based approvals workflows, business rules and archiving are all in one easy-to-find online location. With the new Mediabox-DM module Licensors will be able to track all deal memo terms, either automatically imported from third-party rights and royalty systems via integration or by direct data entry; and regulate the types of projects a licensee can start in the system.

The upgrade to Mediabox-DAM (Digital Asset Management) provides users with the ability to switch between light box and list views of assets, customize internal pages with their branding, zoom into images to view details, transform and resize images while downloading, customize proof sheet reports and user and asset activity reports, create private collections of assets for projects, build customized, branded and interactive webpages within the system, and more.
