Conecteo to unveil Kiamo software for CIM at Birmingham Expo
Conecteo of France, a provider of integrated Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions for businesses and contact centres, will take part in the Call Centre & Customer Management Expo trade show in Birmingham (UK) on 21-22 September 2010 where the company will present its flagship solution, Kiamo.

Kiamo monitors voice, email and web interactions, as well as back-office activities.
