The PartnerDirect program requires ComTec staff members to complete four competency trainings and the company to meet hardware and software sales goals. Once these requirements were met, ComTec was granted access to a platform that simplifies the sales and communications processes with Dell, resulting in a smoother transaction for the ComTec customer.
