ComTec Creates Solutions Design Analyst Position to Improve Customer Satisfaction
ComTec Solutions, LLC, a managed IT services and Epicor ERP Integration company based in Rochester, NY has hired Jennifer Predko as Solutions Design Analyst.

At ComTec, Jennifer focuses on designing and documenting implementation processes, identifies areas for improvement, and enhancing the customer experience.

Prior to ComTec, Jennifer spent 6 years working with the Epicor ERP software, overseeing new product implementation and user training. Using her experience in both implementation and ongoing product use, Jennifer has become an expert at translating management-level business needs into effective, meaningful ERP projects that deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements for ComTec customers.
In her brief time at ComTec, Jennifer has been instrumental in reducing shipping turnaround times by designing and customizing dashboards and reports that deploy to various departments.
