This seminar led by well-known HR consultant Cathleen Hampton will be held on October 8 and 8, 2012 in Washington DC.
The first day of this seminar will focus on strategies that help link the function of human resources to organizational strategy through workforce planning, management and measurement. The topic of discussion on the second day is affirmative action.

Seminar instructor Cathleen Hampton is a professional Human Resources consultant with over 25 years of experience. She is a recognized expert in developing and implementing staffing and retention programs that include workforce planning and analysis, along with best-in-class HR technology, sourcing, recruiting and selection methods.
On the first day of this two day course, Ms Hampton will explain the strategy of HR as an organizational solution. Participants will learn how to manage talent in high performance organizations, develop leaders through effective employee relations and develop workforce analytics and a strategic workforce plan.
The second day will concentrate on affirmative action programs, specifically the legal requirements and framework, the OFCCP's enforcement actions, and the most frequent compliance failures and how to avoid them.
This seminar will benefit organizational leaders from C-Level through operations and Human Resources. Office managers and supervisors as well as HR department personnel will benefit from attending this course.
