Seminar instructor Dan O'Leary has more than 30 years experience in quality, operations, and program management in regulated industries including aviation, defense, medical devices, and clinical labs. Mr. O'Leary is an ASQ Certified Biomedical Auditor, Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, and Six Sigma Black Belt; he holds an APICS certification in Resource Management.
During this interactive seminar, Mr. O'Leary will provide guidance on the regulatory requirements and explains how they support the safe and effective manufacture of medical devices. The workshop will cover: US laws and regulations, medical device risk classes in the US system, management structure, design control, production and process controls, and corrective action and preventive action (CAPA).
This seminar will be valuable for anyone employed in medical device manufacturing in the US market. It will be particularly beneficial to professionals in: research and development, production, regulatory affairs, quality control, quality assurance and senior and executive management.
