Medical Care Technologies, Inc. is focusing on expanding the company by opening and operating additional private children's health clinics throughout China.

The company consists of three primary business segments: Children's Medical Clinics, Medical Management Software Systems, and Pharmaceutical and Nutriceutical Products.
- The Children's Medical Clinics segment provides medical pediatric services to children through the operation of private clinics in China.
- The Medical Management Software Systems segment provides secure medical management software systems that include Med-Suite - a secure software information platform for physicians and nurses in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics; the Tele-Health suite of systems that provides communication between health care providers, as well as communication between health care providers and their patients; and the CareBox-Mediated Tele-Health system that provides audio-visual communication between patients and healthcare personnel. It also offers CareBox Design; and CareBox Usage for creating and revising individual healthcare plans.
- The Pharmaceutical and Nutriceutical Products segment develops and sells pharmaceutical and nutriceutical products, including over-the-counter medicines, herbal products, personal and family care products, and private label products. These products are made available to retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, physicians office practices, consumers, and industrial and food microbiology laboratories through its Medi-Clinics website, as well as through independent sales representatives in China.
In January 2010, Medical Care Technologies acquired Great Union Corporation's technologies related to the development and maintenance of secure information systems which increase access to medical resource services, education and wellness, and pharmaceutical and nutriceutical products.
