Community Realty Management Names Monique Strickland Director of Occupancy and Compliance
Community Realty Management (CRM), announced the promotion of Monique Strickland, ARMŽ, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ to the position of Director of Occupancy and Compliance.
- Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) August 21, 2014 - Community Realty Management (CRM), a full-service real estate management organization, announced today the promotion of Monique Strickland, ARMŽ, of Egg Harbor Township, NJ to the position of Director of Occupancy and Compliance. In this role, Strickland will be responsible for supervision of all activity relating to fair housing issues and training, occupancy and marketing strategy, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulatory compliance management, training and monitoring. She will be directly responsible for the supervision of the Occupancy Department.
In addition, Strickland will also be managing and directing all Housing and Urban Development (HUD), State Housing Finance Agency and company policy and procedures compliance, as well as, supervision of all employee training programs.

Prior to this appointment, Strickland worked as an executive property manager at CRM and was responsible for managing over 1,180 individual units, including properties within the Section 8, 236, 202, LIHTC, HUD, and RAP programs, as well as condominium communities. Strickland was also charged with staff development and supervision, budget preparations, development of property and operating plans, rent increase recommendations, applicant screening and lease enforcement.
Strickland received an Economics degree from Kean University and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Sales License. In addition, she is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARMŽ) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and received her Tax Credit Certification from Quadel Consulting.
