Community Realty Management, a full-service real estate management organization, announced today the promotion of Suzanne Sigmund, CPM®, HCCP® of Glassboro, NJ to the position of senior vice president.

In this role, Sigmund will work closely with CRM's leadership team to oversee all property management-related strategies for the organization's diverse portfolio of properties across the United States.

Sigmund began her career with CRM in 1994 as a regional manager, and was subsequently promoted to executive property manager with responsibility for over 1400 units located throughout Northeastern PA. She was then promoted to vice president of occupancy and compliance, and has served as the company's primary trainer and Fair Housing officer while supervising the management of Compliance Department personnel.
Sigmund is a past president of the Central PA Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and served as president of the PA / DE Affordable Housing Management Association in 2010 and 2011. She holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager® designation from IREM, the National Affordable Housing Professional Executive® designation from NAHMA and the Housing Credit Certified Professional® designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
