Community Access Unlimited (CAU) Featured in Real Estate & Construction Report
Sid Blanchard Discusses CAU's Innovative Real Estate Projects.
- (1888PressRelease) November 21, 2015 - Sid Blanchard, Executive Director, Community Access Unlimited (CAU), was recently featured in NJBIZ where he discussed how his organization provides housing for members of the community. Blanchard spoke about the support CAU offers for people with disabilities, young people transitioning from the Department of Children and Families, and other vulnerable populations. He placed emphasis on CAU's focus on inclusiveness.
CAU provides over 270 housing units to those in need and recently opened a new property in Fanwood. "It's the ideal model. It increases the integration by people with disabilities and by people without disabilities," said Blanchard about how the Fanwood property combines special-needs housing with standard housing and commercial space.

Today, he is the founder and chief executive officer for two real estate holding companies, Creative Property Management of New Jersey, Inc., and Community Access Institute, Inc.
