Commercial Site Design Hires Project Manager
Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering firm, adds an experience project manager to help with its growth.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) September 01, 2016 - Commercial Site Design, a Raleigh-based civil engineering firm specializing in commercial sites, with an emphasis on multi-unit, rollout projects, announced today Wade Pudwill has rejoined the firm as project manager. Wade will help Commercial Site Design manage projects for national and regional brands; overseeing day-to-day task associated with site plans and the approval process.
"We are excited to have Wade returning," says Brian Soltz, founding partner. "In his previous tenure at Commercial Site Design, he played a vital part in our growth. He knows our firm, he knows our client, and he has experience managing site plan approval for large and small commercial projects."
Wade brings more than 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, including project management for retail properties, golf courses, historical sites, community parks, and athletic complexes. He comes to Commercial Site Design from the Wooten Company, an engineering, architectural and planning firm, where he served as senior planner and landscape architect.
In addition to working at Commercial Site Design and the Wooten Company, he spent 12 years as partner and regional manager of a golf course development company, where he built and renovated high-end golf courses across the United States.
