Collection Agency Raises Over $15,000 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
American Profit Recovery Kicks in Over $10,000 of Fundraising Total from September Sales.
- Boston, MA-NH (1888PressRelease) October 26, 2010 - American Profit Recovery, a collection agency based in Michigan, Massachusetts and North Carolina, recently participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks in three cities and raised a total of $15,500 for their efforts. Over $10,000 of the company's fundraising total was donated by the company's ownership.
The collection agency participated in three cities including Boston, Charlotte and Detroit and had over 90 walkers both employees and others recruited to be part of the team. With over $5,000 in pledges and employee incentives secured and over $10,000 coming from a percentage of company sales in September, the company racked up over $15,000 to combat Breast Cancer.
The collection agency also raised money by allowing employees to purchase casual dress at work and during their annual employee recognition week, employees could pay to have another employee or manager spend the day in an Uncle Sam costume.
