White Stratus releases cloud transformation case study, demonstrating benefits of migration to 'the cloud', through dramatic cost reduction and revenue growth.

The case study documents how White Stratus helped a start up Software-as-a-Service company, Bright Green Projects, grow from obscurity to membership in the elite Top Thirty Enterprise Applications on the Google Apps Marketplace, while simultaneously cutting costs. Challenging questions in a fiercely competitive environment
Acknowledging exceptionally fierce competition among small SaaS enterprises, Bright Green and White Stratus planners and engineers identified obstacles to sustained profitability: Bright Green had to maintain margins comparable with the industry standard-at or below 5%; and, second, the company had to scale revenues without increasing costs.
According to Drury, "a clear solution emerged: Migrate the product to Google App Engine to manage costs and efficiency, and leverage the power of Google Apps Marketplace to reach a broader range of customers and deliver top-line growth."
In the Bright Green project, the White Stratus "Custom Development Team" helped move the company's product to the cloud in order to support single sign-on and integrate its functions with calendar and mail capabilities. Just as importantly, the White Stratus team developed and implemented an effective social media marketing campaign.
Dramatic results almost instantly

The summary, however, does not do justice to the magnitude of White Stratus and Bright Green's accomplishments.
