Awards were presented by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association on April 12 at the Raleigh Convention Center.
As Senior Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, Talbot handles the day-to-day marketing for new home neighborhoods and is responsible for bringing traffic to these communities, including creating and managing marketing budgets, assisting in the design and branding of neighborhood advertising campaigns and websites, coordinating community public relations and tracking and reviewing advertising effectiveness in the marketplace. She has earned her Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Certification and holds the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM). A native of Washington, N.C., Talbot earned an associate's degree from Peace College and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC) and the Home Builder's Association (HBA).
