Local Real Estate Firm Announces new manager.
- Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC (1888PressRelease) September 27, 2014 - Don Walston, Chairman of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston is pleased to announce that David Lazzo has joined the team as the Land Acquisition & Development Manger. Lazzo has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Most recently, he was the Land Acquisition Manager at Drees Homes in Raleigh. In his current role with Builder Services, he will be seeking land opportunities that will continue to help us grow, as well as helping our clients.
A graduate of both East Carolina and NC State Universities, Lazzo brings a wealth of knowledge in land development, real estate development, engineering, and real estate brokerage to Builder Services.
He is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. He also is very active in the community serving on the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Future of Wake County, former Board member with the Tammy Lynn Center of Developmental Disabilities, and 2-term Chairman of the Triangle Community Coalition. David resides in North Raleigh with his wife, Bonita.
