Transferring from the latter will be founder Bill Hicks, who will focus on retail investment property opportunities, and Jason Stowe, a certified property manager, who will provide leadership of the merged commercial property management division. The merger grew out of opportunities to combine the strengths of two established and well respected companies in order to provide services in an exponentially expanding market.
