Club Liberte welcomes Sous Chef Burhan Yilmaz
Chef Burhan Yilmaz joins the 5 Spices Restaurant team at Club Liberté, bringing over 26 years of culinary experience to an already dynamic kitchen team, headed up by Executive Chef Nurettin Aydogan.

Among the many highlights of his career, Burhan’s’ counts the time spent working with Michelin Star Chef Giorgio Diana, where his passion and skill for modern cuisine was honed. He has a passion for seafood and is looking forward to being able to incorporate the fresh local produce of the Seychelles into his dishes at the 5 Spices Restaurant located in Club Liberté Casino which is renowned for its international fusion dishes and sushi menu’s.
