According to a survey conducted by Times Health, an OMS initiative of The Times of India, Bengaluru, Cloudnine is the #1 Gynaecological Hospital in Bengaluru.

The duration of the survey conducted by Times Health was from the 4th week of January 2015 to 2nd week of March 2015. It was conducted with an objective to find out which is the top private/corporate hospital in Bengaluru City. In order to arrive at the conclusion, a consolidated research methodology was followed, which included the following modules:
• Module1: Qualitative Research
• Module2: Factual Data Collection
• Module3: Perceptual Survey
After collecting all the data, a final analysis was done to prepare a ranking list and Cloudnine topped the speciality wise ranking for Gynaecology category in Bengaluru. The authenticity of the survey can be gauged by the fact that a leading media brand, The Times of India, is associated with it.

The survey covered popular hospitals of Bengaluru and questioned thousands of respondents about the services of the hospitals in the city. Since there were a number of hospitals participating in the survey, their task was cut out. They needed a stringent method to get to a non-biased conclusion. Thus, they involved a three module survey, which included desk research, factual survey, and perceptual rating survey.
