ClockShark surveyed thousands of customers across 25 countries to understand what they valued the most, and where pains in processing paid and sick time occurred. Companies who don’t use software cite a mix of emails, hand-written notes and forms, and manually updating spreadsheets to track accrued, or “banked” time off for employees.
