Climaveneta Triumphs At The "Italian Prize For Employment 2010"
Mr Grossi, Climaveneta CEO, has been awarded one of the best Italian managers for his skill in strategy and for his contribution in making Climaveneta one of the leading companies of our time.
- (1888PressRelease) February 16, 2011 - Mr. Carlo Grossi and Mr. Pietro Tonon, Climaveneta SpA employees, have been awarded with the "Prize for the Employment 2010", in the first instance for the category national top manager and in the second as regional senior staff.
The Prize was sponsored by the Prime Ministers Presidency, the Ministry of Employment and Ministries of Health & Welfare that assign these awards through regional and national committees basing themselves on parameters such as the ability to create value for the enterprise, responsibility, enthusiasm, ability to work and integration in the business environment together with the ability to innovate.
According to Mr. Grossi, at the base of his victory is "the combination of having a vision and pursuing it with constance and transparency". Many companies have had the right intuition, but then have been unable to bring it forward. For example, we have always believed in the Chinese market and while many are now turning back, we are opening a new plant in Shanghai. This is one the facts that has rewarded us throughout such a difficult period of international crisis. ". Climaveneta CEO goes on in saying that "it is a recognition that enhances our whole group," thereby sharing his success with the staff and the entire company. Mr. Pietro Tonon, Climaveneta chief financial officer, and winner along with Mr Grossi, says,: "The nomination first and the achievement of the award at a regional level, has been of great satisfaction and pride for me. I want to dedicate this prize to Climaveneta's staff, to my colleagues with which I work daily, and to all those that work behind the lines to increase the corporate values that have helped us to excel in this market. "
To sum up the feeling of pride and satisfaction and positive atmosphere that reigns in the company here below the comments of the Human Resources Head Mr. Andrea Marchioro, who says that "in the last years Climaveneta is investing heavily in human resourses and in the reinforcement of different business areas, with trails and management training at all levels, with political development and reward policies that allow a more widespread and well-being line with our corporate values that are a prerequisite of merit. This prize enhances and further underscores our continue commitment to people and represents a significant gratification of passion and spirit of sacrifice by which we operate in achieving results even more ambitious year after year.
