CLEAN Joplin Hosts 2nd Annual "Swing For Pink" Golf Tournament
Proceeds benefit Hope 4 You Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation in Joplin, MO.
- St. Louis, MO-IL (1888PressRelease) September 07, 2013 - CLEAN Joplin will host the 2nd annual "Swing for Pink" golf tournament in September. The tournament will be held Saturday, September 28th at Briarbrook Golf Course in Carl Junction, MO, north of Joplin. After registration and lunch beginning at noon, each 4-person scramble team will tee off with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. All proceeds from the tournament go to support local Hope 4 You Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation.
Foursomes can register at four different sponsorship levels, all of which include 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, and a gift bag for each player. The registration deadline is Friday, September 13. Click here for a complete list of sponsorship levels and to download the registration form.
Other sponsorship opportunities are available, including sponsoring the Longest Drive, a tee box, prizes, or a personal memorial hole ("in memory of"). Immediately following the tournament there will be an award ceremony where sponsored prizes will be awarded to the top 3 places of A Flight and B Flight. In addition to golf, there will also be contests and raffles with spectacular prizes throughout the day.
CLEAN Joplin had great success last year raising over $6,000 for Hope 4 You. This year we hope to top that mark and make the tournament an even greater success. CLEAN Joplin hopes you will join them for to "think pink and swing for the green!"
