After she and Laura, who was also a victim of a burglary, compared stories, they decided to create a partnership and provide personal property inventory services. "I know people who have started this process, and years later, it is still not finished. It's a service that everyone can use, and there is a huge need for it."
In addition to disaster recovery, Laura said that she has seen many situations where loved ones experienced an emotionally difficult time when trying to settle estates. "We are offering a service that will make it less stressful for executors and family members when dealing with the loss of a loved one."
These friends-turned-business-partners have completed their hands-on training provided by Hartman Inventory Systems. This business model provides the opportunity to be an independent business while receiving the continued support from a mentor.
