Classic Holidays Set To Celebrate 35th Anniversary
Australia's largest privately owned timeshare holiday provider will commemorate the occasion in March.
- (1888PressRelease) February 20, 2013 - Acclaimed Australian timeshare resort and club management company Classic Holidays will be celebrating a major milestone in March as the company marks its 35th anniversary of providing quality holidays to the Australian public.
Founded in 1978 by George Tawaf, who started in the industry as the Resident Manager of Beach House Seaside Resort, Classic Holidays began marketing timeshare memberships in 1991 and is now responsible for over 650 employees looking after over 45,000 club members in Australia and New Zealand. The award-winning company was recognized in 2012 as the "Best Management Company" worldwide by industry trade publication Perspective Magazine, while also taking home five awards from the Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council - Australia's timeshare industry association.
Such longevity and recognition of success is reflective of the values woven into the culture of the company according to Classic Holidays CEO, Ramy Filo.
"We've built our business on the values of honesty, respect and commitment to the satisfaction of our members and it shows," said Filo. "Ask our members or talk to our employees and they'll tell you that Classic's customer-centric culture is legendary."
Indeed, member survey statistics released last month from across all of the Classic-managed resorts showed that 97.3% of guests said their holiday experience met and/or exceeded their expectations and 91% said they would return to their resort in the future, while 92.2% would recommend their resort to family/friends.
Those members will soon have another resort to choose from in the Classic portfolio, as the recently announced purchase of the management rights to Noosa Sound Resort in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast will bring the total number of Classic-managed resorts to 15, plus the four club products which allow members to travel throughout Australia and internationally.
"Our growth is a confirmation of our philosophy to take care of our members first and always. It is a way of life for us that permeates every decision we make and is the primary reason why we've grown from our humble beginning to become Australasia's largest privately-owned resort and club management company," added Filo.
