Clalit Health Services Selects Evolven to Reduce Downtime Risks and Improve Availability of IT Systems

Following a thorough and intense evaluation process, the computing and IT division at Clalit selected Evolven software to document and provide visibility into the large number of configuration changes across environments. Evolven software applies breakthrough analytics to manage change and configurations in application development, testing and production environments. These and other core environments are subject to frequent new server releases and application updates, and require clear visibility into the actual changes with an awareness of the current state of the environment.
Clalit's Computing and IT division intends to use Evolven software to document changes (both planned and unplanned, even unauthorized changes) in environments, make comparisons between environments (like pre production and production) to ensure smooth releases and updates, and shorten time required to identify the source of environment problems. Clalit will be able to monitor for configuration drift, detecting potential risks to stability early on, and taking proactive steps for preventing incidents and downtime.
