CJTF $12.5 Million Note Receivable Is On Track
Gold & Silver Mining of Nevada, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: CJTF), a junior mining company in Nevada, announces that it's $12.5 million portion of a $25 million Note Receivable announced in June is on track for disbursal of funds.
- (1888PressRelease) October 29, 2014 - An October 3, 2014 news release by the mining company with claims being developed adjacent to our Goldfield Basin properties confirms that they have received the first part of their funding package, a $65 million loan amount from the same funding/debtor group who are to pay us (CJT Mining, Inc. and Co-owner) our $25 million by February 2015.
CJTF owns and has $12.5 million due and payable by February 3, 2015 as per completed contracts.
The combined $25 million note receivable funds of CJT Mining and co-owner will allow further development of the mine sites being developed by both CJT Mining and co-owner.
