Resident in Citrin Cooperman's Philadelphia office, Ryan's nonprofit work includes providing audit services to numerous charter schools in the Philadelphia area. Ryan also sits on the boards of directors of the national and local Leukemia & Lymphoma societies. He has been an active member of the national Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer, since 1993. He previously served as vice-chairman of its National Audit Committee and currently serves as the secretary/treasurer of the organization's board of directors.
Ryan is a licensed certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a frequent author, writing on business and tax matters, and has served as an adjunct professor at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University.
