Revels, CPA, MST has been elected chairman of the Audit Committee of Exceptional Care for Children, a residential healthcare facility for children in Newark, Delaware. Revels holds a M.S. in Taxation from Villanova University and graduated from Delaware State University with a B.S. in Accounting, Business and Marketing.
