Hoffman previously served as the Board Treasurer for three consecutive years.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Lehigh University's School of Business and Economics. Hoffman is also the past president of the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Philadelphia and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
