Citrin Cooperman Named One of Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania
Philadelphia office of accounting, tax and business consulting firm honored as one of Pennsylvania's best places to be employed.
- Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) October 02, 2013 - Citrin Cooperman, a leading accounting, tax, and business consulting firm, is honored to announce that its Philadelphia office has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2013.
The Best Places to Work in PA awards program was created in 2000 and was one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country. The program is a public-private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
"Citrin Cooperman is proud to be recognized for a third time for its first-class work environment," said Mark Carrow, CPA, MST, the Philadelphia office's managing partner. "As a firm, we strive to provide not only top-notch service to our clients, but also to create a culture in which our professionals can develop and excel. The environment of Citrin Cooperman attracts and retains the best talent."
Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors Pennsylvania's premier employers. Those businesses named among the Best Places to Work benefit the state's economy, its workforce and its business environment.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process that determines who will be honored among the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. Part one of the process, worth one quarter of the total evaluation, examined each entrant based upon the company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. Part two of the process consisted of an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The combined scores from these two evaluative efforts determined the top companies and the final ranking.
Citrin Cooperman will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Dec. 5, 2013, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, Pa. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
