Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors Pennsylvania's premier employers. Those businesses named among the Best Places to Work benefit the state's economy, its workforce and its business environment. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process that determines who will be honored among the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. Part one of the process, worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation, examined each entrant based upon the company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. Part two of the process consisted of an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The combined scores from these two evaluative efforts determined the top companies and the final ranking.
Citrin Cooperman will be recognized as a Best Place to Work at a Dec. 1, 2011, awards banquet to be held at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, Pa. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony. Tickets are available online at www.centralpennbusiness.com/events.
