Cisco Systems Executives Visiting Estarta
Cisco Systems' Senior Management members arrived at Amman yesterday to visit Estarta Jordan Technical Assistance Center (TAC). The delegation comprises Tom Henderson Director Global Delivery Partner Management, Michele Paino Senior Manager Global Delivery Partner Management, and John Whalen Business Operations Manager.

Discussions during this visit are expected to enable Estarta to grow its services provisioning and support regionally, and aims to develop Estarta's business through the strategic partnership we have with Cisco Systems services.

In 2004, Estarta's strategic investment with Cisco resulted with launching Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Jordan; the first support center in the Middle East, utilizing and recruiting highly skilled Jordanian professionals to provide global technical assistance services for Cisco technologies, products, and services.
In 2010, Estarta TAC has received the International Organization for Standardizations ISO 9001 Certification for the quality management system, and met the global quality requirements to satisfy clients and to better serve them.
