CIS Hires Kevin L. Espinoza to Lead Commercial Compliance Practice Group

Mr. Espinoza will oversee consulting services and support to provide clients with tailored solutions to effectively identify and mitigate exposure to risks. His experience spans developing, implementing, and sustaining compliance programs to ensure regulatory requirements are appropriately addressed and successfully integrated into business activities. In addition, he will lead CIS' Compliance and Reporting service, CR Partner™, a complete compliance and reporting solution powered by business partner Alanda Software's Consummate™ AgS.

Most recently, Mr. Espinoza was Deputy Compliance Officer for North America Pharma at GlaxoSmithKline where he was a member of multiple commercial leadership teams, and provided strategic direction and management support of GSK's compliance program. In addition to his US Pharma leadership role, Mr. Espinoza also served as the Compliance Officer of GSK Canada. Mr. Espinoza was retained by GSK following the acquisition of Stiefel as Global Compliance Officer, overseeing the compliance program for the US and all international geographies. While at Stiefel, he introduced an international compliance and anti-corruption program. Mr. Espinoza also held roles in hospital specialty sales, corporate branding and global marketing at Eli Lilly and Company. He also introduced and managed Lilly's international compliance program. In all his compliance roles, Mr. Espinoza has partnered with company leaders to develop solutions that meet regulatory requirements, mitigate risk, and help companies meet their business objectives.
