Janna Sipes, Regina Alvarado and Ima Okopedeghe join CIS' commercial compliance team to assist with growing client needs.

The addition of these senior compliance professionals will further expand CIS' offerings that continue to grow rapidly as a result of increased regulatory oversight and client demand for commercial compliance and risk mitigation services.
Ms. Janna S. Sipes, Esq., Director, Compliance and Ethics. Sipes brings over 20 years of experience, including roles as Healthcare Compliance Attorney, Consultant at Life Technologies, Senior Vice President, Regulatory Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Millennium Laboratories, and Vice President, Legal, Compliance Officer and HR Executive at Cypress Bioscience. Ms. Sipes offers a unique combination of legal, regulatory, human resources, compliance and R&D expertise in pharmaceutical, device and diagnostic laboratories. She is based in CIS' Burlingame, California office.
Ms. Imabong (Ima) Okopedeghe, Esq., Commercial Compliance Manager. Okopedeghe joins CIS with over 10 years of legal, compliance and project management experience, including roles as Compliance Officer at Quest Diagnostics, Ethics and Compliance Officer at Abbott Laboratories and Manager at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, she held the position of Legal Affairs Officer in the National Health Service's London office. Okopedeghe is based in CIS' Burlingame, California office.
Ms. Regina Alvarado, MBA, Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance. Alvarado joins CIS as a certified project management and business analysis professional with experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, and consumer goods industries. Most recently, Ms. Alvarado was Senior Manager, Project & Operations Management at EMD Serono where she provided strategic project and process management expertise to US business and therapeutic areas as part of the PMO/Strategy & Operations group. She held several positions at Bayer Healthcare including Manager, Global Medical Affairs and Grants Manager/Compliance Liaison. Ms. Alvarado is based in CIS' Newtown Square, Pennsylvania office.
